Craftlogic was formed in 2001 by a software developer. We are still owned and managed
by software developers and industry IT experts. We understand the problems and
the pain organizations feel with regard to their IT staff. We help these organizations
secure the right people and continue to work with them to ensure success.

 Kevin Ferguson
Managing Member

Mr. Ferguson has 24 years of software development experience. He is actively involved
in architecture, design, and implementation of software including Microsoft .NET
and Java technologies. In addition, Mr. Ferguson manages the day-to-day activities
of the company and personally meets and interviews all Craftlogic consultants and
permanent placement candidates before they are submitted to the client.

Mrs. Ferguson takes on multiple roles in the company. She’s responsible for the
company finances and marketing of the company’s services. She has over 10 years
of experience in these fields.

 John Seabaugh
VP of Sales

John Seabaugh has 16 years of Account Development and recruitment in the Information
Technology market space. His primary focus has been staffing all aspects of software
product/application development teams including technical management, software engineering,
QA and documentation. Mr. Seabaugh was instrumental in building REALTIME Consulting
from a 5 person organization to a 200+ consulting firm before its sale in 1999.
